Reflection

#225 - The mind does not know how to feel badly, it is taught this from other sources. It cannot feel 'nothing' either, as it is a force of living energy. Perhaps the focus of meditation can begin with seeking the true feeling of neutrality which by this account, could be the bliss of certain luck to be alive.

#72 - 'The end of the world as we know it' will be when we are awakened as a people - and not as territories. All possession will be banished and life as a connected system will be realised as the only true reality. This is the end that will dissolve institutions and bring freedom to our soul (us all). Alleluia.

#120 - Man is the only animal who's brain has overtaken him. The desire created by the brain for both passive and aggressive reasons now over shadows the truth of mans heart. The dark desires of mans past now have all the time in the world to root themselves back in the present to hinder and shred the possible future beyond. If only we could all just stop entertaining ourselves with the past.

#21 - A lie is easy to live with at first, but gets harder to live with in time. The truth is hard to live with at first, but gets easier to live with in time.

#270 - The wise man does not wait for the world to change, he waits for it to catch up.

#134 - The more I learn, the more I realise how little I know. In this way, even ignorance brings with it, a true sense of wisdom.

#48 - An artist needs an audience like a deity needs a worshiper. The artist attempts to express his closeness to divinity by creating a symbolic form of his emotion and instilling devotion and faith into his work. As he looks into his heart, he becomes part of the truth and beauty that he sees and can never deny. God then, is created by man in his own image. Similarly, a politician needs a voter like a salesman needs a customer. The politician attempts to express his distance from divinity by creating a symbolic form of his greed and instilling limitations and conditions onto his listeners. As he looks into his heart, he becomes part of the fear and pain that he sees and can always deny. Ignorance then, is created by man in his own image.

#33 - Life is not really separated by space, because it does not really exist in time. Living objects can appear in the changing time of the mind as individual segments, but life always exists as a single multidimensional fabric creating itself in lower dimensional complexity out of itself in higher complexity. The irony of this humbling relationship is that although both life and time are incredibly powerful when together, they are less than zero alone. Life needs time to grow and time needs life to know.

#198 - When a persons' lower thoughts are able to contact their higher feelings, they cease to be one thing, and become all things.

Sometimes here and sometimes there
Sometimes fighting with dispair
Until one finds the mistle toe
And falls towards the silent flow
